What to Avoid

• if you are allergic to thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);
• if you have a malignant tumor (cancer);
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
• if you have heart problems (heart failure);
• if you have liver problems (liver failure);
• if you have psoriasis, because vitamin B12 can aggravate skin disease;
• if you know that you are hypersensitive (allergic) to lidocaine;
• in the event of such manifestations as respiratory failure, heart palpitations, skin rash or respiratory collapse (the introduction of an injection solution containing vitamins B1 and B6 can very rarely cause hypersensitivity reactions, such as anaphylactic shock), you must immediately inform your doctor about this, appropriate resuscitation measures are required.
