It has been proven that anastrozole is relatively harmless, both for women and men. Subject to the recommendations and the exclusion of contraindications, the side effect of the drug is mild or does not appear at all. However, it is impossible to 100% exclude the risk of formation and accumulation of side effects from the endocrine, central nervous and digestive systems of the body, as well as metabolism: from nausea to arthritis.

The effectiveness of the drug is confirmed by the fact that only 1 dose of 1 mg of the drug can reduce the amount of estradiol by 80%.

Indications for taking Kyaresta

• prevention of gynecomastia;
• increase in the level of anabolic hormones in the blood;
• increased relief (by eliminating the negative effects of estrogen);
• prevention of hypertension;
• reducing estrogen suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis, leading to faster recovery.

Application and dosage of Kyaresta

In bodybuilding, Anastozol is usually continued for up to 10-14 days. Usually, during this period, the antiestrogen has time to fully manifest its own action, without provoking side effects.

There are two working scenarios for taking Anastozol.

1. The prophylactic method of administration involves the use of the drug from the first weeks of the course at a moderate dosage (0.25-0.50 mg every few days) to control estrogenic activity.
2. Emergency - in a high dosage (0.5-1 mg per day) after the onset of symptoms and until they decrease or completely disappear.

Note: the first scenario is objectively optimal, since it completely excludes the possibility of estrogenic complications.

Side effects

• the active growth of muscle tissue slows down;
