Anapolon by Balkan Pharmaceuticals refers to a rather powerful AAS. Basically, its action is aimed at rapid increase in strength and muscle mass. Therefore, it is not surprising that many athletes give preference to it. At the same time, the cost of Balkan Anapolon is as affordable as possible. The active ingredient of the drug is oxymetholone. It allows you to significantly increase muscle mass in a short time.
The tablets are yellow, square, flat on both sides and chamfered, engraved with "BP" on one side, and on the other - "50", with rounded edges. Marbling is allowed on the surface of the tablets.

Oxymetholone is an anabolic steroid. Penetrating into the cell nucleus, it activates the genetic apparatus of the cell, which leads to an increase in the synthesis of DNA, RNA and structural proteins, activation of enzymes of the tissue respiration chain and increased tissue respiration, oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis and the accumulation of macroergs inside the cell. Stimulates anabolic and inhibits glucocorticoid-induced catabolic processes. It leads to an increase in muscle mass, a decrease in fat deposits, improves tissue trophism, promotes the deposition of calcium in bones, and retains sodium and water in the body. Hematopoietic action is associated with an increase in the synthesis of erythropoietin. Androgenic activity (low) can contribute to the development of secondary sexual characteristics in the male pattern.
Violations of protein synthesis, cachexia of various origins; injuries, extensive burns, after infectious diseases and radiation; muscular dystrophy, osteoporosis, negative nitrogen balance during corticosteroid therapy, hypo- and aplastic anemia.
Adults are prescribed at a dose of 2-3 mg / kg. The duration of treatment is 3 months and can be extended depending on the result.
In women, symptoms of virilization, depression of ovarian function, menstrual disorders, hypercalcemia.
In men: in the prepubertal period - symptoms of virilization, idiopathic hyperpigmentation of the skin, slowing or cessation of growth (calcification of the epiphyseal growth zones of tubular bones); in the post-pubertal period - bladder irritation, gynecomastia, priapism; in old age - prostate hypertrophy and / or carcinoma.
In men and women - the progression of atherosclerosis, peripheral edema, dyspeptic disorders, impaired liver function with jaundice, changes in the leukocyte count, pain in long bones, hypocoagulation with a tendency to bleeding.
Hypersensitivity to the drug, prostate cancer, breast cancer in men, breast carcinoma in women with hypercalcemia, coronary artery disease, severe atherosclerosis, nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, hepatic and renal failure, acute and chronic prostatitis, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Overdose cases have not been registered.
When the first signs of virilization appear in women (coarsening of the voice, hirsutism, acne, clitoromegaly), the administration should be discontinued to prevent irreversibility of changes. Suppression of factors II, VII, VII and X of blood coagulation and an increase in prothrombin time may occur. Periodically check the level of lipidemia and cholesterolemia. For children, the drug should be prescribed by an experienced specialist in order to prevent premature ossification of the epiphyses of the bones.
Glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, corticotropin, sodium-containing drugs and foods rich in sodium potentiate fluid retention in the body, increase the risk of edema, and increase the severity of acne. Strengthens the effects of antiplatelet agents, indirect anticoagulants, insulin and oral antidiabetic agents weakens - growth hormone and its derivatives.
