Exchange and return are available only if, by mistake, the goods were sent that did not correspond to the order (re-grading) or in the case of the arrival of the goods, the integrity of the packaging or the contents of which were damaged, with the obligatory confirmation of this information by the carrier's postal service officer upon receipt of the parcel.
