Testosterone suspension is the world's first anabolic steroid, invented in the 1930s. The formula does not include ether, so 100 mg of the active substance is 100 mg of "pure" testosterone. For comparison, 100 mg of testosterone enanthate gives the body only 72 mg of “pure” testosterone, the rest is ether.

Testosterone suspension is not recommended for beginners due to its fast-acting nature (it is pure testosterone in water). Thus, very frequent injections (2 times a day) are required to maintain peak serum testosterone levels.

These injections can also be painful or irritating due to the fact that the suspension requires a larger needle (due to larger non-micronized crystals).

Effects of taking Aquatest

In general, the effects of the suspension are consistent with those of other forms of testosterone. Here we will focus only on the distinctive features.

• very short half-life;
• the fastest anabolic effect, felt literally the next day of the course;
• there is an opinion that the maximum growth is observed in those muscles in which the solution is found, therefore it is often used for target muscles. However, this opinion is erroneous (otherwise, asymmetric or local hypertrophy would be observed, which looked as repulsive as when using synthol).

In general, an aqueous suspension of testosterone is similar in pharmacological properties to Propionate.

Application and dosage of Aquatest

The dosage is prescribed depending on the weight, height and other parameters of the athlete, as well as the goal to be achieved. Usually it is from 50 to 300 mg per day.

For a rapid build-up of muscle mass, daily injections of the drug are made in the amount of 100 mg.

Compliance with the optimal dosage of the drug will ensure the passage of the course without the occurrence of side effects.

The highest concentration of the drug in the blood persists for 2-3 days. Achieving the maximum effect is ensured by daily administration of the drug. To prevent the occurrence of local side effects, each injection must be done in a new place.

The course of admission is an average of 4-5 weeks, after which you need to take a break.

Combined course

It combines well with Nandrolone and Equipoise in cycles for gaining muscle mass.

Side effects

The pharmacokinetic feature of the drug (a rapid increase in blood concentration) provides not only pronounced positive effects, but also severe side effects. Testosterone suspension is highly androgenic, often causing acne, fluid retention and gynecomastia.

For this reason, PCT is mandatory (antiestrogens are taken from the first day of the course). It has a toxic effect on the liver only in very large doses. Painful injections (though less so than propionate and winstrol).

• tendency to severe swelling of the body;
• diabetes;
• hypercalcemia.
